Job description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Sales and Marketing efforts, by contacting Hospitals and Healthcare organizations around the country, uncovering various staffing shortages and potential good fits for our line of services. Individual will engage prospective clients and maintain good business relationships throughout the sales cycle. The candidate will work closely with the recruitment team as well as marketing team to ensure we are maximizing our reach to fulfill client needs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have some aspirations for mentoring and developing new team members to help with future growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Value added sales with a consultative approach.
  • Comfortable prospecting into hospitals, clinics and Academic departments.
  • Comfortable speaking with C-Suite personnel as well as various specialty service line directors and department managers in regard to our services.
  • Broadcast marketing through various in-house marketing programs for brand recognition.
  • Maintaining excellent records/notes within our CRM/ATS
  • Setting high volume of teleconference or onsite meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
  • 2-3 years of healthcare staffing experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
