Job description

Summary of Job Description:

The Brand Marketing Associate Manager position is responsible for bringing brand vision and strategy to life through integrated marketing communications planning. This position oversees promotional campaign planning and execution in collaboration with cross-functional partners. As a member of the Brand Marketing Team, this position assists in coordinating project timelines, ensuring cross collaboration between internal and external agencies, oversees the annual campaign production budget, and supporting campaign after-action reviews (AARs). 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of creative briefs, under Manager guidance, that inspire breakthrough content from our in-house agency, external agencies and creator partners.  
  • Executes brand-building and commerce driving campaigns that increase buyers, guests’ visits, visit frequency, and transactions, ensuring alignment with our overall brand positioning and business objectives.  
  • Oversees end-to-end campaign deliverables for market tests and commerce sprints, ensuring all milestones are met on-time and on-budget, including coordination of project timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provides project management support for larger scale production initiatives, including POP materials, OOH, social, and TVC shoots.
  • Oversees the development of training materials and execution tools for Operations to ensure seamless national promotion rollouts and in-restaurant execution excellence.   
  • Responsible for overseeing budget for the campaign team, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and overhead reconciliation and ensuring annual budget stays within allocation.
  • Collaborates with the team and agencies to develop post-launch communication recaps (AARs or wrap reports) to document learnings and considerations for future promotions, sharing insights within the internal team.
  • Acts as a cultural brand steward, demonstrating deep understanding of the guest target and translating cultural moments into marketing opportunities, under Manager guidance.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum five years of Marketing and Brand-related experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
