Brand Activation Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Activation Manager Contractor to support the Brand Marketing team. This individual will be crucial in the execution and coordination of various brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns and programs run smoothly, on time, and accurately. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple moving pieces and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Media Trafficking: Manage the trafficking process for our brand media campaigns (e.g., display, video, social, paid editorial) including coordinating assets, trafficking with our agency, and ensuring accurate deployment across platforms.
  • Creative Project Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Brand Marketing team and the Creative/Design team, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative tickets, ensuring all necessary information (specs, deadlines, feedback) is provided and approvals are secured promptly.
  • UTM Parameter Creation & Governance: Own the process for creating, distributing, and governing UTM tracking codes for brand campaigns with our agency to ensure consistent and accurate data collection.
  • Thought Leadership Program Management: Support the operational execution of our thought leadership programs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Consolidate, track, and organize brand and program metrics (e.g., media performance, content engagement, thought leadership impact) into clear, visually compelling decks for regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain clean and organized documentation for all projects, assets, trafficking details, and reporting metrics.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, program coordination, or operations within a marketing or brand team (agency or in-house).
  • Experience with digital media trafficking.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in creating polished presentations/decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) to clearly communicate results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Asana a plus.
  • Experience working with B2B or high-growth technology brands a plus.
  • Experience managing vendor or agency relationships a plus.
