Job description

Summary
The Brand Activation Specialist supports the in-store presence and awareness of MM Development Company wholesale brands at third-party dispensaries across Nevada. This field-based position travels between partner accounts to execute in-store activations, maintain branded displays and merchandising, educate dispensary staff on products, and support brand visibility and sell-through.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Schedule and run in-store pop-up events at partner dispensaries on a recurring calendar, including setup and breakdown.
  • Engage with customers during activations to drive brand awareness and sell through.
  • Track activation results including foot traffic, product moved, and staff feedback.
  • Install, refresh, and maintain branded displays, cases, signage, and point of sale materials at partner dispensaries.
  • Visit assigned accounts on a set rotation to check display condition, product placement, and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate replacement or repair of damaged display assets.
  • Document store conditions through photos and identify out-of-stock or low-stock products for reorder follow-up.
  • Run product knowledge sessions for dispensary staff and answer store level product questions during visits.
  • Distribute updated sell sheets, menus, and product literature as new products launch.
  • Manage swag, giveaway, and display material inventory, including reorder timing and storage.
  • Submit visit recaps, activation reports, mileage logs, and expense documentation weekly.
  • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Valid Nevada CCB agent registration card, or ability to obtain one prior to start date. Valid driver license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
