Job description

Loan Assistant

The Loan Assistant serves as the initial customer contact in the Stuttgart Branch and supports branch operations through customer service, loan support, and administrative assistance. This position includes assisting with customer inquiries, processing checks, receipts, and deposits, and managing branch files and records.

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and office technology to support daily business operations.
  • Knowledge of general office practices and loan processing and servicing procedures preferred.
  • Experience supporting loan processing activities preferred.
Education And Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two (2) or more years of progressive experience in a financial institution or related office environment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
