Branch Manager

CS Bank is actively seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join our bank family. This full-time, salaried Branch Manager position is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and expand your career in the Banking Industry. As a CS Bank employee you'll enjoy the competitive salary and a full benefits package we offer which includes: 401K, health, dental, vision & life insurance plans, PTO.

Position Summary

The primary role is managing the Branch and staff, providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team. Responsibilities also include staffing decisions, training, assigning and directing work, employee performance appraisals and resolving issues as they arise.
