The Branch Manager position should have strong business development skills, and will provide leadership to the bank through oversight, planning, organizing, and directing daily branch operations, managing and retaining existing loan/bank relationships. This position is responsible for ensuring collaboration and communication among bank personnel and ensuring adherence to all practices, policies, procedures, and regulations. The position may be accountable for the evaluation, approval, and servicing of consumer and commercial loans, loans both secured and unsecured.
