The branch manager will manage branch operations and monitor business pipeline of current branch mortgage loan officers. The Branch Manager will develop loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation, developing relationships within the community, and producing high quality loans while providing excellent customer service.

Employee’s branch manager primary duty is selling the Company’s loan products. The employee makes sales calls and negotiates and consummates sales contracts, including but not limited to commitments to close residential mortgage loans on behalf of the Company.

Employee produces high quality loans while providing excellent customer service to prospective borrowers.

Manage branch operations to maintain operational profitability and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Monitor and, if necessary, assume business pipeline of current and former branch Loan Officers.
