Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to direct and coordinate the activities of personnel at a full-service branch. Supporting the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leads branch staff through training and coaching.

- Drives branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch.

- Builds Credit Union presence in the community and develops new members and relationships.

- Provide excellent member service and resolves inquiries.

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.

- Supervisory experience required.

- Customer service experience required.
