Job description

Position Overview: The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the Chicago branch warehouse and delivery activities and acts as the primary liaison with third-party logistics carriers as required. Responsible for influencing company customer satisfaction, returns & allowances, inventory levels and turns, scrap rates, and error rates. This position is a key driver for delivering world class customer experience by managing and improving our ability to complete and timely delivery, by driving strong customer orientation on the warehouse and logistics side of the business.

This is a full-time in-person position that will work at the Geneva, IL branch office Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM. Participate and facilitate meetings, design policies and procedures, enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct safety audit tours, provide accident analysis and trends; accident statistics and reports.
