Fabrication CNC Brake Operator - 1st Shift We offer stable employment utilizing state of the art equipment and clean work facilities. On the job training provided. Full-time CNC Brake operator needed for first shift Fabrication department.

Previous metal work experience a must. Brake Press experience a must. Essential Functions: Must have the ability to set up and program multiple bends in material from .050" to .250" on a CNC Brake

Must be able to set dies, measure clearances and set CNC Brake to required tolerances to produce good parts. Must be able to lift parts of varying weights onto work area for the necessary forming or shearing operation. Must be able to read and form parts from blueprints and other instruction/planning information.

Must have the ability to learn to set up and operate a variety of other metal working equipment, including punches, presses, shears, brakes and other CNC controlled equipment. Must be able to learn and understand safe operating procedures for all equipment used. Must be able to break out parts from large sheets of metal.

Must be able to keep accurate counts. Must check parts to ensure accuracy prior to completion of order. Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.
