Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. Candidates must have previous flexographic printing press experience. The ideal candidate will have experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining flexographic printing presses while producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is best suited for experienced flexographic press operators who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and assist with setup of flexographic printing presses and production equipment.
  • Perform press setups, changeovers, and job adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot machine and print quality issues to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect equipment and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Monitor product quality and follow quality control procedures.
  • Accurately record production activities and material usage.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and support equipment repairs.
  • Work closely with team members to maximize machine uptime and production efficiency.
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures.
  • Assist with housekeeping, material handling, and production support tasks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous flexographic printing press experience is required.
  • Experience in label, flexible packaging, film, paper, or converting manufacturing is preferred.
