Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Brainwave Therapy Clinic, located in Nashville, Tennessee. Work Environment

This position is designed to be remote, offering flexibility while still ensuring engagement with our tight-knit team through regular virtual meetings and collaborative care planning. However, our outpatient office is located in Nashville, where we encourage occasional onsite collaboration. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, but some evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baselines for treatment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for all participants.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, focusing on clarity and thoroughness.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case conferences to enhance professional development and share best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Brainwave Therapy Clinic, we serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction recovery. Your role as a counselor will involve working closely with individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, necessitating cultural competence and an understanding of varying perspectives. Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
