  • Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site / Multi-Site Rotation (Hospital & Outpatient Settings).
  • Required Technical Skills: Routine, ambulatory (AEEG), and video EEG hookups/disconnects. Proficient at marking and measuring a 10-20 hookup (test will be given at start). Active CPR / BLS Certification. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation.
  • Preferred Technical Skills: Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) credential or registry-eligible status.

As a travel EEG Technologist, you will move dynamically between inpatient pediatric units within the Ft Lauderdale & Miami area. You'll cover general hospital floors and specialized outpatient neurology practices, delivering vital brainwave data that guides clinical decisions. You will operate with autonomy, adapt to diverse clinical settings, and serve as the expert diagnostic partner physicians rely on when seconds count.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct high-ASET Guideline grounded routine(EEG), ambulatory (AEEG), and video EEG hookups and disconnects for inpatient and outpatient studies.
  • Respond promptly to inpatient EEG orders across assigned hospital facilities, maintaining steady communication.
  • Adhere to site-specific clinical protocols, including specialized pediatric and adult care standards.
  • Maintain clean equipment, manage testing supplies, and perform real-time troubleshooting across mobile sites.
  • Produce clear, technically sound recordings and detailed clinical documentation for physician interpretation.
What You Bring
  • Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proven hands-on experience in routine, ambulatory, and inpatient video EEG monitoring across adult and pediatric populations.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel same-day across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
  • Professional communication skills and the self-direction needed to perform independently in fast-paced healthcare environments.
  • Preferred Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) credential through ABRET, or registry-eligible status with equivalent clinical training.
