About Us
Flourish Mental Health is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to our community. We are seeking a Bilingual Outpatient Administrative Assistant / TMS Technician to join our West Houston team. This role combines administrative support with hands-on TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) responsibilities using the BrainsWay system.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
  • Welcome and assist patients during check-in/check-out
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments in our EHR system
  • Manage calls, messages, and patient inquiries professionally
  • Verify insurance, process authorizations, and assist with billing support
  • Maintain accurate patient records and organized documentation
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to support daily operations
  • Keep the front office and waiting area organized and professional

TMS Technician Duties (BrainsWay)
  • Administer TMS treatments according to BrainsWay protocols
  • Set up, calibrate, and safely operate TMS equipment
  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses
  • Provide education and reassurance to patients throughout treatment
  • Maintain a clean and well-prepared treatment space
  • Communicate with providers about patient status or concerns

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of TMS treatment experience (BrainsWay preferred)
At least 1 year of administrative or front-desk experience in a healthcare setting
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, compassionate, and dependable demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in behavioral health or outpatient mental health settings
TMS Technician certification or formal BrainsWay training
Compensation
  • Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications and is negotiable.
