At our Levelland Impact School, we serve youth receiving specialized residential services due to behavioral health needs and life disruptions. Students often arrive with academic gaps and benefit from individualized instruction, clear expectations, and supportive relationships.
We are looking for student-centered Teachers to lead in the spirit of our mission to increase the capacity for learning by inspiring every student to belong, find joy, and be great. Our learning environment engages students in the construction of understanding through asking questions, exploring, researching, and reflecting. We collaborate with therapeutic teams to foster resilience, self-management skills, and student voice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
  • Open to new ideas in teaching methods
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment
  • Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
  • Strong instructional technology skills
