Job description

Summary:
This is a hunter's role. You will open and close enterprise BPO, managed services, and branded content deals at companies that spend real money on outbound, direct mail, and lead generation. You will also build channel and partnership relationships with marketing agencies, performance shops, and lead gen firms that can refer or co-sell BPO services with us.
You receive inbound leads from our internal lead-gen team. You also hunt heavily on LinkedIn — because the accounts worth closing aren't responding to cold calls or ringless voicemail. They're senior buyers who need to be opened personally.
Responsibilities:
  • Hunt enterprise accounts in financial services, home services, marketing agencies, and direct mail brands.
  • Build and own a named-account target list of 100+ companies at any time.
  • Open and run agency and lead gen partnership conversations — these compound over time.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily — InMails, video DMs, content engagement, warm intro requests.
  • Take inbound leads from our lead gen team when they match enterprise criteria.
  • Run full cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → signed contract.
  • Personally close 4–8 net new deals per month.
  • Coordinate pilot scopes and pricing with the CEO on the biggest deals.
  • Be a senior voice in the company — podcasts, industry events, LinkedIn presence.
  • Bring your own playbook and your own rolodex — we'll plug both into our infrastructure.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years B2B business development or enterprise sales selling complex services — BPO, contact center, agency services, lead gen, managed services, performance marketing, or consulting.
  • Verifiable: at some point in your career, you personally closed $1M+ in a single year.
  • You come with relationships — at least one of these decks should be deep:
    • Financial services (debt, tax, mortgage, insurance, Medicare).
    • Home services (solar, roofing, HVAC).
    • Marketing agencies, performance shops, lead gen firms.
    • Direct mail buyers across any vertical.
  • LinkedIn power user — you've built pipeline from LinkedIn alone before.
  • HubSpot fluent.
  • You understand BPO and contact center economics, or you can learn them in 30 days.
  • You can run discovery, build a proposal, redline a contract, and close — without engineering or marketing in the room.
  • You think in years, not in months — you want to build a real book.
