Requirements:


  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and safety procedures.
  • Deliver, load, and unload materials according to scheduled routes, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of all products.
  • Complete all required documentation, including delivery tickets, load sheets, and electronic logs, with accuracy.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle always.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatch, and customers regarding delivery times, site conditions, and any issues that arise.
  • Follow all PPE requirements and adhere to job site safety rules.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks when needed, including staging materials, organizing inventory, and general housekeeping.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and customer-focused service at every interaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
  • Strong navigation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and job site environments.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

This role involves driving for extended periods, loading and unloading materials, and working in both warehouse and outdoor conditions. Safety awareness and adherence to procedures are essential. A regular schedule from 7am to 5pm with an on-call schedule for after hours and Saturdays.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of materials.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of vehicles.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
