Essential Functions:

  • Provide reception and access control services, including greeting visitors and employees, checking in visitors using access control/badging systems, maintaining visitor logs, and notifying appropriate escort personnel.

  • Safely operate a company vehicle to conduct mail pickup and delivery services throughout refinery grounds and transport outgoing mail to the post office as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security protocols, serving as a professional first point of contact for visitors, employees, and client representatives.
  • Provide administrative and office support, including operating the VoIP telephone system, maintaining organized workspaces, managing office supplies, and completing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and critical situations, following site-specific security, safety, and emergency response procedures.
  • Support contract security operations, including participating in required training, maintaining professional working relationships, and providing break relief or coverage for reception and administrative staff.
