The Boxing / Heavy Bag Instructor at Fitometry Health Club is responsible for instructing and guiding individuals of all fitness levels in the discipline of boxing. This versatile role encompasses both beginner boxers looking to understand the basics, as well as advanced boxing students aiming to hone their skills and technique. As an instructor, you will provide personal attention during the whole group classes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct group classes on boxing fundamentals and heavy bag training while ensuring safety and promoting sportsmanship and positive interaction.
  • Create and design effective boxing training plans suitable for all participants, ensuring the achievement of fitness goals.
  • Demonstrate correct techniques and observe students to minimize injury and improve performance.
  • Offer personalized advice to individuals, focusing on boxing techniques and strategies, diet control, and weight management.
