Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Boxer to support a manufacturing team in Dubuque. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are handled, inspected, and packaged according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unbox incoming parts and prepare them for processing

  • Package finished parts according to customer requirements

  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

  • Keep materials organized throughout the production process

  • Operate a forklift to move parts and materials as needed
