WHAT OUR BARTENDERS DO:
Our Bartenders are responsible for bringing our beverage lineup to life. If you think you can consistently raise the bar (pardon the pun) and have a great time doing it, then this may be the perfect job for you!
A BARTENDER'S DAY-TO-DAY
  • Provide an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.

  • Attend to detail and presentation of each order, ensuring high-quality standards.

  • Prepare and maintain beverage ingredients by following recipes.

  • Stay knowledgeable about all current specials and promotions.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.

  • Assist with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries.

  • Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.

  • Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

  • Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.

  • Pass TIPS certification.

  • Assist with orienting new team members.

  • Listen to guest concerns and suggest resolutions or escalate to a supervisor.

  • Handle cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).

  • At least one year of related bartending experience.

  • Strong guest service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and safe operation procedures.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
