What You’ll Do
  • Own the guest experience: Greet fast, qualify needs, and guide customers through a transparent, professional process.

  • Work the funnel: Handle web leads, phone calls, texts, and walk-ins with speed and precision; confirm and show appointments.

  • Present with confidence: Product walk-arounds, test drives, feature/benefit tie-downs, and clear numbers presentation.

  • Close & follow up: Overcome objections, partner with management to finalize deals, and execute a 24-hour post-delivery follow-up.

  • Merchandise the floor: Keep displays, signage, and vehicles showroom-ready and on-brand.

  • Promote offers: Introduce current promotions, accessories, warranties, and service options; cross-sell to increase ticket.
