Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refine our wine program alongside restaurant leadership.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, cellar organization, and cost controls.
  • Train and mentor the service team on wine knowledge and pairing.
  • Ensure proper wine service, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety standards.
  • Build lasting guest relationships through genuine hospitality and personalized recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fine dining sommelier or wine service experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of classic wine regions, producers, and food pairings.
  • WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent certification preferred.
