Position Summary
The Knowledge Bar is seeking a polished, charismatic, and service-focused Cocktail Server to join our upscale Social Room team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a luxury, high-energy environment and understands the importance of delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere while providing seamless, attentive beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level guest experience from first interaction to final farewell
  • Greet guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism within a high-end social environment
  • Take and execute beverage orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and curated menu offerings
  • Confidently upsell top-shelf selections, signature cocktails, and bottle service
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized service
