  • Shift: Full Time, 6:00pm-6:30am

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Ergo Line Machine Operator efficiently and effectively operates all functions of the Ergo Line such as blow molder, labeler, filler, inspection equipment, packaging equipment, palletizer, as well as associated equipment and quality verification equipment

  • This role will need to understand blowing process and adjust the Ergo Line equipment processes to produce a quality bottle, prevent defects and perform sanitation on Ergo Line equipment

  • You will perform and analyze quality inspections and input data into quality system software (e.g., Certified Quality System (CQS)

  • Ergo Line Machine Operators also troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on Ergo Line equipment, i.e., PM’s, Clean Inspect Lubricate (CIL) tasks, equipment timing, adjustments, etc.

  • This role reports any critical Ergo Line equipment issues to the maintenance team and manufacturing team supervisors as well as follow the standard work order notification process for non-critical issues

  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 plus years of related experience

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
