Pay: $3,000 monthly base + unlimited earning potential

Role Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading in-spa sales teams to achieve daily sales quotas, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages. This position requires strong leadership, client engagement skills, and a passion for the luxury wellness industry. Top performers may transition into a Travel Sales Manager role, supporting other locations when assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the in-spa sales team to consistently achieve daily sales goals

  • Guide team members on upselling and cross-selling treatments, packages, and wellness plans

  • Engage clients post-treatment to recommend services and promote repeat visits

  • Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent

  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with spa staff to optimize client experience and ensure seamless operations

  • Support other locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned, with all travel expenses covered

  • Promote a positive, client-focused, and results-driven team culture

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in any industry; entry-level to experienced candidates considered

  • Understanding of upselling and cross-selling strategies
