About the Role


This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role. As the Restaurant General Manager in Boston, MA, you're not managing from a back office , you're on the floor, side by side with your team, running the show. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop your crew, maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience, and drive the kind of results that fuel growth.
