About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you're the right-hand hero to our General Manager. You'll help run the show, lead the crew, and make sure every shift hits high standards-with a side of hustle and heart. This isn't just a job-it's your chance to grow into something big.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily operations like a boss (because you kinda are)
  • Lead and coach crew members and shift leads with energy and positivity
  • Jump in on the floor when it's go-time-grill, register, drive-thru, expo, all of it
  • Deliver top-tier guest experiences (smiles, speed, and straight-up awesome service)
  • Help with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
  • Keep things clean, safe, organized, and up to HipBurger standards
  • Support the GM with inventory, ordering, and team development
  • Solve problems on the fly and keep the vibe strong no matter how busy it gets

  • 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality
