The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs maintenance for various areas of the Bosch facility such as the Ultrapure Water (UPW) and Wastewater Treatment (WWT) systems, plumbing and routine maintenance for upkeep of the grounds in our 24/7 operational facility.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor plant conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot facilities equipment and specialty areas including Reverse Osmosis, ION Exchange, EDI, UF, Wastewater Treatment HF, Cu and Instrumentation.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on equipment, resin changes, filter changes, calibrations.
  • Performs maintenance on equipment and collects data and system checks as well as chemistry and fluoride checks.
  • Receive deliveries of bulk chemicals.
  • Be able to climb, walk, pull, use of ladder, drive forklifts and perform work in confined spaces.
  • Perform daily visual inspections and records instrument readings. 
  • Perform plumbing duties a necessary.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent trade school exp.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and manuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good mechanical aptitude skills to work on pumps, motors, and controls.
  • 3 or more years of experience with areas such as: DI water, and electrical instrumentation.
  • UPW/WW certificate or equivalent.

  • This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
  • The position is eligible for 15% shift premium pay.
  • Indefinite US work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
