What is a Borderless job?

A Borderless job is a remote position that allows employees to work from anywhere, without being tied to a specific location or office. These roles often leverage digital tools and platforms to collaborate across time zones and countries. Borderless jobs offer flexibility, access to global talent, and opportunities to work with diverse teams.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Borderless position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Borderless (typically referring to a global talent mobility specialist or professional working in international workforce solutions), you need a solid foundation in global HR practices, immigration compliance, and cross-border talent management, usually supported by relevant educational background or certifications in HR or international business. Familiarity with global payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and international labor laws is essential. Excellent communication, cultural intelligence, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued soft skills in this position. These qualifications are important for ensuring smooth onboarding, legal compliance, and effective collaboration in multinational work environments.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in a Borderless talent mobility role?

Professionals in Borderless roles often navigate complex immigration regulations, adapt to evolving cross-border employment laws, and coordinate with teams across multiple time zones. Balancing the expectations of clients and international assignees, while ensuring compliance and a positive relocation experience, can be demanding. You’ll frequently collaborate with legal experts, HR teams, and external vendors to facilitate global assignments. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and remain adaptable in the face of changing regulations and business needs.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Strategy team within a leading health agency supporting pharmaceutical clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - transforming complex, multi-source datasets into actionable performance insights that drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, strategically minded, and confident translating data into compelling narratives. You will connect the dots across ATUs, integrating web analytics, media performance, research tools, and healthcare claims data to inform optimization and long-term growth strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Lead data extraction, cleansing, and preparation across web analytics, media platforms, survey/research tools, and healthcare claims datasets
  • Analyze performance trends across ATUs to identify drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Integrate digital engagement metrics with claims and research data to measure real-world impact
  • Develop cohesive, insight-driven stories that influence client and internal strategic decision-making
  • Build dashboards, executive-ready presentations, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with media, strategy, and client teams to ensure analytics align with business objectives
  • Provide thought leadership on measurement approaches, KPIs, and performance frameworks
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and methodological rigor across reporting streams

What You'll Need
  • 2-3 years of experience in analytics, performance strategy, or a related role (healthcare/pharma or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong experience pulling, manipulating, and preparing large datasets for analysis
  • Technical fluency in:
    • Web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
    • Media performance data (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display)
    • Survey and research tools (Mintel, Kantar, MARS)
    • Healthcare claims data (IQVIA, Symphony Health)
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data streams
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity to stay current on industry trends

What Sets You Apart
  • Ability to connect performance metrics to broader business and patient impact
  • Comfort working across ATUs and synthesizing insights at both granular and enterprise levels
  • Strategic mindset - not just reporting on data, but explaining why it matters and what to do next
  • Confident presenter who can communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

How We'll Support You
Ogilvy celebrates its people. Fully. Enthusiastically. Unhesitatingly. We'll empower you with the tools you'll need to succeed. We'll give you the autonomy to seek out new paths and better ways of doing things. We'll support you with colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, drawn from across the Ogilvy network. And we'll provide opportunities for you to do work of which you'll be proud, with people you'll be proud to call your teammates.
