Construction Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities for the Construction Accounting Manager:

• Oversee all construction accounting functions, including job costing and WIP reporting
• Prepare and analyze percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• Manage month-end close and produce accurate financial statements
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses for active projects
• Partner with project managers to track project performance and margins
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications for the Construction Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
