Proactively performing regular equipment inspections and staying updated on the latest safety standards can also help mitigate risks and maintain smooth operations.

What is a Bop Tech?

A Bop Tech, short for Blowout Preventer Technician, is a specialized technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of blowout preventer systems used in oil and gas drilling operations. Their duties include regular inspections, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
