Job description

Position Summary: Our bookstore donor attendants greet and help people who are making a donation, and then do an initial sort of that donation to speed along the processing of those donations. You'll need to provide excellent service to our donors! .

Position Duties:

  1. Greet and assist all donors.
  2. Receive and, as appropriate, politely decline donations from teh public in accordance with established guidelines.
  3. Provide all donors with access to a receipt in accordance with established guidelines.
  4. Identify and sort donations for further processing in accordance with established guidelines.
  5. May occasionally need to provide cross-coverage for Bookstore Retail Associates on store sales floor.
  6. Other duties, as assigned.
