Billing - Accounting Clerk

Position Details:

  • Pay: $21.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Support collection efforts
  • Complete filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative duties
  • Provide assistance with other accounting functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping/data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • 10-key data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
