The Director of the Academic Affairs Policy Office seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide complex secretarial and administrative office support and perform a variety of administrative duties as described below.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
  1. Provides administrative support to Policy Director, Policy Academic Coordinator, and the Senate Faculty Review Standards Committee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments and committee meetings, coordinating and organizing committee materials, and drafting communication.
  2. Assists Academic Affairs Policy Office with planning and goal setting.
  3. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data for specialized reports.
  4. Initial guideline preparation including formatting a current/proposed policy or procedure on the appropriate template and making initial edit recommendations.
  5. Provide research support.
  6. Other assignments as needed.
