Overview
The Liquor Manager directs and manages all phases of retail liquor store operations. Duties include planning, directing, and controlling store activities. Responsible for maximizing utilization of store personnel through effective scheduling, counseling, training, and supervision. Responsible for cash accountability, accurate bookkeeping and recordkeeping, sanitation, safety, store security, customer service, gross profit, expense control, inventory, shrink, accurate pricing, store signage, and building and equipment maintenance. Responsible for directing staff to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations and supervision.
