Schedule + Availability:
This part-time role works about 22-28 hours per week. Schedule is flexible but would need to have some working hours each day of the week Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
Your daily objective:
You will utilize your bookkeeping experience and accounting software acumen to tackle the company's day-to-day financial tasks. You'll work alongside the finance team, and will carry the responsibility for cash reconciliation, accounts payable, and expense reporting, which includes...
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Accounts receivable: invoicing new customers, and new customer setup.
  • Weekly cash reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager.
  • Process Sage Expense Reports.
