Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll and financial reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Record daily financial transactions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain organized financial records.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial audits.
