By the Sea Resorts and Surfside Laundry are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Panama City Beach, FL. This role combines financial record-keeping with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
  • Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries
  • Support office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external vendors
