Assistant Bookkeeper

Baystate Interpreters is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers with daily transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
