SD Government is looking for a Sales Operations Associate - Mil/Gov to support our global sales team. This hybrid role works with a globally distributed sales team responsible for addressing the Special Missions and Government Aircraft market and is a key part of ensuring visibility, consistency, and execution for the division.
You will work closely with sales teams primarily based in North America, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia. The role supports reporting, process execution, and cross-functional coordination.
In this role, you will help with sales reporting, process efficiency, and operational capabilities across the sales organization, while also supporting selected day-to-day sales operations activities. You will work across teams and systems to bring structure, insight, and consistency to the sales process.

How will you make a difference?
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to support sales execution, reporting, and planning activities
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and data management using Excel, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools
  • Coordinate service and hardware order delivery through internal systems, including Business Central ERP and Salesforce CRM
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, system adoption, and operational processes
  • Support projects related to CRM hygiene, reporting enhancements, sales tools, incentives, and process improvements
  • Contribute analysis that helps sales leadership monitor performance, prioritize opportunities, and improve productivity

Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, consulting, or a related analytical or operational role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel globally approximately 10-15% as business needs require

Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
  • Ability to build productive cross-functional relationships with peers and leaders
  • Experience supporting cross-functional work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Has worked with Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools to support reporting and analysis
  • Skilled in performing business, sales, and/or financial reporting

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience
  • Experience supporting commercial discussions, contract workflows, or coordination with legal and business stakeholders is preferred
  • Exposure to or interest in business aviation, government aviation, or adjacent aerospace markets is a plus

Base Pay:
88,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
