We are currently adding new team members to support clients with reservation planning and trip preparation activities in a fully remote environment. The Customer Booking Consultant assists with reviewing travel selections, organizing itinerary components, and helping ensure booking information remains accurate throughout the planning process.
This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details carefully, and using online systems to support planning tasks from home.
Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through travel arrangements based on their interests and timelines
  • Help coordinate lodging, cruise options, transportation selections, and packaged experiences
  • Compare reservation choices using approved booking platforms
  • Share clear and helpful information aligned with client expectations and spending plans
