What You'll Do

As a Spa Concierge, you will help create a seamless and relaxing experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage spa reservations and appointments using the spa booking system
• Answer phones and assist guests with spa services and retail products
• Provide information about spa treatments, promotions, and amenities
• Process guest check-ins, payments, and retail purchases
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and reception area
• Support therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Mandara Spa standards


What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems (Book4Time experience a plus)
• Retail or spa experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
