Job description

We are seeking a customer service oriented, team player, with an eye for fashion to join our team! You will be responsible for conducting appointments, answering customer questions, and helping with in store events from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Bridal, Bridesmaid, Mother, and Tuxedo Appointments
  • Follow up with customers who have placed orders, as well as those who may still be interested in getting their gown from us.
  • Book appointments, pre-interview, and use our text platform to get brides excited about coming in
  • Answer phones, and field questions
  • Maintain stock of promotional supplies
  • Keep a clean fitting room and ensure brides experiences are top notch.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and keeping up with multiple clients at a time
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams as well as alone
  • Self Motivator
Schedule:
  • Part Time Schedule is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts. (Approx. 16-20 hours a week)
  • Team Meeting Friday Mornings from 8:45 - 9:45 AM
  • Ability to transition to full-time for the right candidate
  • Working hours are 9:30 - 5:30 Monday - Saturday and 11:30 - 5:30 on Sundays
