Job description

This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.
Opportunities for full time employee may be offered post season.

Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with overtime including Saturday (6:00am-4:30pm)
Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268
Job Type: Seasonal - not eligible for benefits
Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility's peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect received product for damage, defects, or discrepancies
  • Organize and store products in proper warehouse locations
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or order issues
  • Adherence to all safety policies

What You Bring:
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
  • Basic math skills for accuracy in confirming received quantities
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
