Job description

Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Colchester, VT location and grow our presence throughout Eastern and Central Vermont.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing a territory, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions to succeed.

For more than 50 years, Beauregard Equipment has been a trusted leader in the construction and agricultural equipment industry, providing premium products, exceptional service, and long-standing partnerships across New England.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and business owners
  • Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their operational needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools
  • Travel regularly throughout Central and Eastern Vermont to meet with customers and visit job sites

  • Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
  • Equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial sales experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
