Starting Pay: $21.00 - 23.95/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Pay Grade Range: $21.00 - $27.40/hr

  • Potential performance based pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and during merit review.

What You'll Do
As a Finishing Bindery Operator 1 you'll play an important role in our production team by:
  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
  • Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
  • Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
  • Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
  • Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
  • Supporting the team with other duties as needed

What It Takes
  • Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
  • Mechanically inclined - able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools
  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience
