Your Opportunity: Corporate Graphics Commercial, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive to drive strategic growth within the book publishing and print manufacturing space. This role is designed for a senior-level sales professional who brings deep industry relationships, consultative selling expertise, and a proven ability to deliver significant revenue results.
This is not a transactional sales role - it is a relationship-driven, solution-oriented position supporting complex print programs and large-scale publishing customers.
Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow new business while expanding relationships with existing customers, with a focus on mid-to-long sales cycles and Fortune 1000-level accounts
  • Lead consultative sales conversations centered on book manufacturing solutions, including hard and soft cover production
  • Deliver compelling presentations and manage negotiations through close
  • Accurately estimate and price projects in both transactional and program-based environments
  • Analyze job profitability and key cost drivers to ensure sustainable margins
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality customer solutions
  • May mentor, guide, or lead the work of other sales professionals as needed
  • Travel as required to support customer relationships and business development

What We're Looking For:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of print sales experience, with strong preference for hard and soft cover book production
  • An existing portfolio of book publisher relationships with the ability to convert $1M+ in revenue within the first year
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating, pricing, and managing print manufacturing projects
  • Strong financial acumen, including profitability and cost analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value accounts
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
