Taproom/Front-of-House ManagerPosition SummaryWe're hiring for a strong supervisor who has had experience working in a full service, high-volume restaurant. You will be committed to continuously striving for and delivering an outstanding guest experience, and have a strong passion for culinary excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing all restaurant operations including, but not limited to, supervising restaurant staff, employee hiring and training, and daily maintenance of the restaurantWork with the General Manager and Restaurant Management team to establish a strong team culture and create policies/procedures as needed to continually run day-to-day operations and exceed guest expectationsCollect, evaluate and respond to guest feedback as neededEnsure a smooth front-of-house operation at all times, and step in to lead and assist staff as necessary during busy, peak timesAssist General Manager with all sales and reporting tracking, and contributing to the preparation of reports to share with senior leadershipRequirementsA minimum of 1 year as a restaurant managerPreferred experience in working in various other restaurant roles as a server, host, bartender, etc. Knowledge of craft beer and/or serious interest in understanding craft beer styles and the industry Passing of Level 1 (Certified Beer Server qualification) of Cicerone program within first six (6) months of employment.Skills/QualificationsKnowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operationsSelf-motivated and exhibiting an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and calmly react to and handle stressful situations and customer complaintsDetail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize your workloadPerksA comprehensive insurance plan including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) plan with company match offered after a waiting periodCompetitive payEmployee discount programs
