Boiler Operator Hourly
JBS is seeking an hourly Maintenance Team Member! Position pay rate ranges from $24.35 per hour up to $42.35/hour plus $ 1/hour Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

BOILER OPERATOR
HOURS:
  • Rotating shifts-flexible as needed or required, alternating weekends depending on the personnel

  • Saturday or Sunday

DUTIES:
  • Cleaning boilers inside and Tubes from the outside

  • Must help take equipment apart and reinstall

  • Some heavy lifting is involved

  • Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance

  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Understand and speak English enough to attend maintenance training

  • Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures

  • Good communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Good work history and attendance

  • 1B or Higher License

  • Team Player

  • Other maintenance a plus

Relationships:
Internal: Employees on the production line and plant management
External: USDA and Union
Comments: The schedule for this position is typically Mon - Fri. Weekend work required as scheduled. During Fall Season, Saturdays are typically scheduled.
