Job description

We are a high volume, local restaurant that serves high quality food in a casual atmosphere and strive to provide excellent service to all that enter our doors. 
The BOH Manger is responsible for day-to-day culinary operations in a professional kitchen, maintenance of quality standards, as well as supervises storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Quality control of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Ordering of all product from food purveyors
  • Overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Assist in management and training of new personnel
  • Assist with scheduling and performance reviews
  • Keep up to date with new products and preparation techniques
Qualifications: 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, similar style restaurant preferred
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
